This muzzle brake self-centers the firearm and suppressor, which reduces group dispersion. It has a low profile yet is effective at reducing recoil and works best on SIG Taper-Lok-shouldered barrels, but is also backwards compatible with traditional, 90-degree shouldered barrels.
