Mfg Item #: CA885
John Moses Browning's first gun design, a falling block rifle, was perhaps also his most important. The 1885 High Wall went on to be produced in over 60 calibers, more than any other firearm design in history. Produced from 1885 through the end of 1920, a period when target shooting was extremely popular, this was a rifle capable of great accuracy, even at long ranges. This modern day reproduction by Cimarron is true in design and style while taking advantage of modern metallurgical processes and manufacturing technology. It features a 30" octagonal barrel, color case hardened receiver and oiled satin finish walnut stock.
